JOEL ALVAREZ BANAL

She has been trained in Theater Directing and Interpretation, Cultural Production and Management, and in Social and Oppressed Theater. For 15 years she has been accompanying processes of scenic creation in formal and non-formal education. Specialized in accompanying groups with diverse realities and facilitating creation based on the needs and realities of groups, he has directed and accompanied various community street and theater shows, facilitating processes of collective construction and shared writing. He has directed the staging and coordinated the management of the artistic teams. He is a trainer of trainers in applied theater for several universities, foundations and entities in Social Theater, Applied Theater and Community Theater.

He combines the artistic and facilitator task with the production of community art projects, the organization of conferences and the management of non-profit organizations.

ESTHER PLANAS HORTAL

She has been trained as a humanistic and systemic psychologist, has training in Therapeutic Theater, Theater of the Oppressed and has completed the Postgraduate Course in Applied Performing Arts at the Barcelona Theater Institute.

He has worked as a psychotherapist for more than 15 years accompanying adolescents, adults and families. She has worked leading therapeutic and parenting groups, applying theatrical tools. She has also been part of the faculty of a school / institute for 10 years, coordinating the psychopedagogical team and implementing projects of corporal and emotional expression within the day-to-day life of the center. , self-knowledge and emotional accompaniment. The groups with whom he has been intervening the longest are the groups of teachers and firefighters.

She co-directs and facilitates groups in applied performing arts projects in different contexts.
